Spain, the 2010 World-Cup Soccer Champions!

Finally in Spain's history they won the 2010 Worl-Cup Soccer championship.

Spain already won a few European-Cup Soccer championships.

As Galician, I'm proud they won.

I've radically changed my life several times. I could have been even MORE radical, many times, but circumstances discouraged me. I don't think of kids as a circumstance to delay doing anything now, but once I did. If I had to do it over again, I'd haul them with me and do a lot more crazy things, homeschool them, etc. The old I get, the more radical I become, and I rather like it! Celtiberians and Gallaeci

Some authorities ignore the difference between the Celtic branches in Spain. They label all the Celts in Spain as Celtiberians. Only the Celts that settled in the North East were Celtiberians. The Celts that settled in the North West were the Gallaeci.

The Gallaeci were the Gallaic Celts of the Hallstatt Culture that settled in modern Galicia, W. Asturias and N. Portugal circa 600 B.C.

The Gallaic language pertains to the Q-Celtic branch, same as Goidelic and Celtiberian.

Celtic Pride

My family has always been proud of its Celtic heritage and my mother made me aware of my Irish background early on. I grew up on Canadian border and has strong Canadian ties. I found out later I had Scot in me on my Dad's side. It took me over 50 years to find my true love, but I recently found him.
